Salary:

FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 per year, but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of Credit Analysts.
  • Responsible for oversight of A/R for 3 companies, totaling $65M+.
  • Approve new customer setups, including payment terms and credit limits.
  • Ongoing review of credit limits and past due balances for existing customers.
  • Prepare monthly Bad Debt schedules and quarterly adjustments to the Bad Debt Reserve.
  • Review / approve credit memos before release to the customer.
  • Optimize collections processes.

Qualifications we are looking for:
  • Bachelors degree required (preferred areas of study in Accounting or Finance).
  • 5+ years of prior leadership experience.
  • 5+ years credit management experience in a manufacturing and B2B environment.
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate various deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
