As a Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the successful planning, implementation, and execution of various programs within our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high quality standards. You will collaborate closely with different teams, stakeholders, and vendors to facilitate smooth communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions
* Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to allocate resources
effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Ensure that
resources are utilized efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize
costs.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, providing
regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project
plans, budgets, meeting minutes, and other relevant records. Ensure
compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory
requirements.
* Provide guidance and support cross-functionally, fostering a collaborative
and positive work environment. Facilitate effective communication and
collaboration among team members to enhance productivity and morale.
* Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to
streamline workflows and increase efficiency. Collaborate with team
members to implement best practices and standard operating procedures.
* Coordinates the Animal Use Summary amendments process and tracking
* Coordinates PCS documents, ensuring compliance and obtaining staff
signatures
* Collaborate in the development and management of PCS'S onboarding
process.
* Coordinate workflows and tasks to ensure efficient onboarding procedures


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* BS degree and 2-5 years or related experience

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* Demonstrated ability to solve problems, make decisions, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Pay Range: $23.17 - $38.80 based on total years of related experience
