General Summary:
Establish long and short-term improvement plans for Maintenance groups assigned. Leads activities of Maintenance associates, develops/drives equipment reliability plans, manages a budget in areas of responsibility, and oversees the development of maintenance personnel. Leads technical trouble-shooting as needed.


Principal Accountabilities:

  • Leads the activities of maintenance associates on a daily basis (distributing planned work, deployingappropriate personnel to address emergency work, monitoring completion/quality of identifying/addressing safety concerns/at risk behaviors and scheduling daily/weekend overtime work).

  • Partners with Manufacturing Team Leader/Team Members to troubleshoot equipment issues and develop action plans to prevent recurrence. Develops and executes plans to improve maintenance systems

  • Provides ongoing substantive feedback and annual formal reviews with maintenance associates

  • Leads root cause failure analysis for equipment downtime

  • Participates in training and other developmental activities.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment required

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred
  • 3+ years' experience in a food manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
  • Strong background in PLCs

  • Demonstrated ability to develop/coordinate and/or deliver technical training

  • Ability to give and receive reinforcing/improvement feedback

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Willingness to work off-shifts

  • Ability to use appropriate computer tools

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$47,600-$79,800

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
