JOB MISSION:

As a member of the global talent development team, you will ensure select talent development programs are realized successfully. You will drive program management of participant experience, timelines vendor coordination and direct facilitation or delivery of programs.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Effective program management of global programs:
  • Drive objectives of select talent programs through management of program calendar and timelines, ensuring key touchpoints along the participant experience are delivered with excellence.
  • Write and deliver program communications and create program collateral.
  • Coordinate efforts across various human resource roles, internal communications, learning and development, and business areas to ensure all program components, including translations, are delivered on time and integrated according to program objectives.
  • Interface with external providers to ensure they are informed of New Balance policies, protocols and standards.
  • Manage on-going participant enrollments, record keeping and management in the LMS system
  • Host external providers during workshops
  • Ensure feedback is collected. Synthesize feedback and compile reporting.

Facilitation of learning experiences:

  • * Using adult learning principles, facilitate the delivery of select programs
  • * Effectively deliver across a wide range of modalities including in-person synchronous, virtual synchronous, blended learning, and virtual asynchronous and facilitation modalities.
  • * Ensure participant engagement in the session by employing a variety of delivery methods and exercises
  • * Continuously improve program delivery through incorporation of feedback and staying current on trends and innovations in learning delivery

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • 5-7 years of professional experience with program management and/or learning and development
  • Experience with and knowledge of adult learning principles, training and facilitation
  • Able to quickly grasp program content and translate the content in an exciting and engaging way.
  • Effective communicator and relationship builder with all levels of an organization.
  • Intellectually curious and a lifelong learner
  • Flexible and adaptable, ensuring perseverance when things do not go according to plan
  • Strong team player and comfortable working independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in learning and development, business management, psychology, or equivalent experience or coursework

Flexible Work Schedule

Our North American hybrid model encourages rich in-person experiences, showcasing our commitment to teamwork and connection, while maintaining flexibility for associates. New Balance Associates currently work in office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Our offices are fully open, and amenities are available across our North American office locations. To continue our focus on hybrid work we have introduced "Work from Anywhere" (WFA) for four weeks per calendar year. This model will help us enhance our culture while continuing to maintain elements of flexibility.
