The Flex Tech is responsible for acting as a cross functional partner to multiple departments throughout the facility while practicing lean initiatives. This position will assist several different departments when needed to ensure a steady and balanced work environment. This position will advocate and support the Corporate Win Strategy.

Split Shift Hours:

9:30 am - 6:00 pm 8 hrs; 7:30 am - 6:00 pm 10 hours)

Parker Employee Wage and Benefits Package:

Wate Rate $18.00 per hour minimum starting rate

Retention Bonus $750 paid after 6 months

Clean, Climate Controlled Facility.

Essential Functions:

Receive and stock product into desired location by using computer software.

Process and pack shipments to ensure on time delivery.

Put away materials for departments using equipment such as handheld power pallet jacks and forklifts.

Follow inventory assignment directions using numbers and decimals.

Safe forklift operation and safety initiatives involved with forklift operation.

Read and interpret documents containing symbols, graphs, charts, and coordinates.

Support other functions throughout the facility.

Qualifications:

Manufacturing and forklift experience preferred

Knowledge of basic mathematics

Ability to utilize hand tools, fixtures, and test equipment

Knowledge of basic computer skills

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Must be able to work overtime
