Summary:

This position will lead the Commercial Operations team for Fujifilm Sonosite and VisualSonics. This includes responsibility for the order management team, management and oversight of our CRM (Salesforce.com) and our e-commerce platform, as well as leading on commercial operations new product launch activities. A successful Sr Manager of Commercial Operations will seek to understand all commercial processes, how those process impact how the business operates and also how processes affect business data, and most importantly always look for ways to improve, shorten or make our processes more efficient. This role must be focused on delivering value for both our external and internal commercial customers.

Essential Job Functions:

    Responsible for all commercial operations processes and procedures
  • Lead commercial operations projects that reduce manual processes and improve data quality
  • Manager of our CRM environment and e-commerce platform, ensuring the design and processes within support all lines of the business. Coordinate with key stakeholders to implement changes
  • Design the roadmap for the CRM And e-commerce tool, ensuring all annual projects are appropriately staffed and budgeted for
  • Lead the commercialization process for all new product launches from an operations perspective by holding regular commercialization meetings, and ensuring the commercialization checklist is completed
  • Ensure our booking policies are enforced and serve as the approver for any exceptions to our standard booking policies and procedures
  • Support all demo inventory and fleet policies, and ensure expenses are controlled as much as possible

Knowledge/Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or Accounting or other relevant field
  • 7-10 years of progressive work experience in finance sales/commercial operations
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to be productive and self-motivating with minimal supervision. Must be results-oriented and able to thrive in ambiguity without complete information

Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to influence across functions and the motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills: demonstrated ability to develop compelling solutions to complex quantitative/logic challenges
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs with or without accommodations

Salary and Benefits:

  • $96k - $135k depending on experience + variable bonus opportunity
